Chamois, Deer, Ibex, this is how we identify each of our apartments, recalling the animals present in the Stelvio National Park. Our rooms are furnished in Alpine style, each apartment has a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and induction hob. Washing machines, dryers, deposits for bicycles/bikes/ski equipment.
The Camoscio & Stambecco suites (75m2)
The CHAMOIS and the IBEX are respectively on the first and second floors with 2 panoramic balconies.
Our recently renovated suites are composed of: - 2 bedrooms, - 2 bathrooms with shower, - kitchen, living room with sofa, equipped kitchenette and TV.
They have a surface area of 75 square meters and a maximum capacity of 6 adults.
The Cervo three-room apartment (70m2)
The CERVO three-room apartment on the mezzanine floor is comfortable and easily accessible by elderly people or families with small children.
The CHAMOIS and the IBEX are respectively on the first and second floors with 2 panoramic balconies. Our three-room apartments are composed of:
- 2 bedrooms,
- 2 bathrooms with shower,
- kitchen, living room with sofa, equipped kitchenette and TV.
They have a surface area of 70 square meters and a maximum capacity of 6 adults.
The three-room apartment "MARMOTTA" Attic Attic (60m2)
The "Marmotta" attic penthouse, renovated in autumn 2023, is located on the third floor with a breathtaking view of the Bormio valley.
The three-room apartment is composed of:
- 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds,
- 1 bathroom with shower,
- living room kitchen with sofa, kitchenette equipped with dishwasher and TV.
They have a total surface area of 60 square meters and a maximum capacity of 6 adults using the sofa bed in the living room.
The two-room apartments (50m2)
The ERMELLINO apartment on the ground floor with convenient direct access to the garden, the CERBIATTO and the CAPRIOLO are respectively on the first and second floors including a balcony with a panoramic view of our mountains.
The two-room apartments are composed of: - 1 bedroom; - 1 bathroom with shower; kitchen, living room with sofa, equipped kitchenette and TV.
They have a surface area of 50 m2 and a maximum capacity of 4 adults.
The Studios (30m2)
Small but charming studio apartments both called AQUILOTTO, with a wide view of the valley, they are available exclusively on the first or second floor and are equipped with
- 1 bedroom with living room;
- 1 bathroom with shower.
They have a surface area of 30 m2 and can accommodate a maximum of one couple with a child.
